Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

  1. The promoter of the prize draw is Somerset Bridge Insurance Services Limited (the “Promoter”, “we” and “our”).
  2. By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to, or refuse to award the prize to, anyone who does not comply with these Terms.
  1. To enter the prize draw, you must follow our Facebook and/or Instagram account, like the competition post and comment on the post. You can also tag a friend and share the post to your feed. Please make sure you have the permission of the person being tagged before tagging in the comments. Entries on both Facebook and Instagram is permitted and will count as separate entries, provided all entry requirements are completed on each platform.
  2. Entrants may enter via Facebook, Instagram, or both platforms. Completing the entry requirements on both Facebook and Instagram will result in separate entries being included in the prize draw, giving entrants additional chances to win. Participation on both platforms is optional.
  3. The prize draw is open for entries between 16:00 on Thursday 17th September 2026 to 23:59 on Monday 21st September 2026 (the “Entry Window”). The Promoter is not responsible if entries are not completed for any reason, including due to a technical error and any incomplete entries, entries not submitted by an individual, or entries received outside the Entry Window will be disregarded.
  1. The prize draw is free to enter.
  2. The prize is one (1) One4All Gift Card to the value of £100.
  3. There will be one (1) winner, selected by a random prize draw using a computer process on Tuesday 22nd September 2026.
  4. The winner will be notified via a private message through Facebook or Instagram within 2 business days of the end of the Entry Window. If the winners do not respond to our notification and claim the prize within ten (10) days of our notification, then that winner will have forfeited their right to the prize and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  5. If another winner is selected, the timing conditions in point 4 of these terms and conditions will start again.
  6. The competition is open to everyone who is 18 years of age or over and is a permanent resident in the UK, excluding employees of Somerset Bridge Group Limited and its affiliates, and other agents or other professionals involved in the promotion or administration of the competition, including their family members.
  7. The prize will be purchased through One4All and will be sent to the winner via within 10 days of the date the winner claims the prize in accordance with these Terms, using the contact details provided by the winner.   8. Vavista will never ask the winner to make a payment, provide banking details or click a link to claim the prize.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to remove, cancel, amend or suspend the prize draw at any time if it becomes necessary to do so.
  10. If you enter the prize draw, the Promoter will collect your name, telephone number and email address. If you are the winner of the prize, you may have to provide additional information (including proof of age, identity, postal and email address). The personal data which the Promoter collects from you during the administration and management of the prize draw is referred to as your “Competition Data” and will only be processed by the Promoter for the purpose of administering and managing the prize draw, including as set out in paragraph 17 below and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which is available here: Vavista-Privacy-Notice.pdf.
  11. The legal basis for the Promoter processing your Competition Data is to allow you to enter the prize draw (performance of a contract) and to meet our legal requirements applicable to administering prize draws/ (legal obligation).
  12. The Promoter will store your Competition Data only for the length of time needed to select the winner and award the prize in accordance with these Terms, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  13. If the prize draw is being run on any social media site, the prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that social media platform.
  14. The prize draw, including these Terms, will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
